Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks that support efficient and effective operations, including managing office equipment and supplies, providing administrative assistance to team members, handling customer service inquiries, and performing general office administration duties. some basic to good technical knowledge. While the role is primarily located in Raipur, some work from home may be acceptable as well.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
administrative assistance skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks effectively
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with colleagues, vendors, and customers
Customer service experience, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues courteously and professionally
